On June 10th we celebrated our new concierge practice, Larew Internal Medicine, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house. We were delighted to welcome the Iowa City Chamber of Commerce and meet and greet more than 60 members of our wonderful community who turned out for the event.
It was a perfect opportunity to share the essence of concierge medicine – time. There’s nothing I value more than the time to listen to patients, ask questions, and explore the best individual approach once a diagnosis is made. Most importantly, a concierge practice allows us the time to work together on preventing, not just treating illness.
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend, learn and engage with me and my staff. We all look forward to providing the personalized care and thoughtful medicine that patients deserve.
